Confortable bed, clean room and meals easily obtained on site. Close to the airport was convenient.

We qualified for free transfer (in a comfortable car) from the seaport and to the airport for our outgoing flight which was a great service. Clean and comfortable room. Helpful staff.

Hot water in the shower was warm at best. For a resort and the price, the facilities in the room were outdated although it was clean and neat.

Weak mobile signal. Needs to put the username and password for the WiFi all the time!

Friendly staff.

(1) They informed us that we can check in earlier since our flight was an early flight but it didn’t happen. (2) We were specific with the beds and booked 1 double bed in one of our bookings - checked in in the evening but the beds that were given were 2 single beds. (3) The place is not senior citizen friendly. You need to walk up and down for your room and if you’ll have breakfast. (4) You need to log in the wifi’s username and password every time you use your phone - even if you stopped using it for just 5 mins. (5) Mobile signal is very weak in the area.

I like the surroundings, very clean and beautiful.

I like the surroundings, very clean and beautiful. The breakfast was fine with different choices. The staffs are well organized and very friendly and courteous.

I was irritated about the wifi giving the password everytime. We were in the superior room. There‘s only one electrical socket beside the bed. The private beach is not cleaned, we had to go to a public beach to swim.But it was a good hotel despite of it all.

It’s a nice little resort on the beach, the deluxe rooms are...

It’s a nice little resort on the beach, the deluxe rooms are really super nice especially for the price tag. The staff is really superb.

The Gym, tennis court, table tennis and every other activity is very run down and barely playable at all. The food isn’t that great either. On our stay the hotel had around 90% chinese guests, which I’m sad to say was a bit unfortunate for us (anyone who’d spent time with chinese tourists before know what I mean).

settled ahead of time, asked for thread, brought, although it is more convenient if the sets were already in the room. the hotel is far from the center, but the quiet, picturesque beach (although at first I did not like it, but seeing it in the morning impressed me). when the tide is like a meadow, there are a lot of starfish, they are everywhere, there are also sea urchins and crabs.

disgusting breakfast, and all that they took to order the same quality, worn towels, hard beds, a lot of mosquitoes. We took a motorbike for 600 pesos for 1 day, not far from km 2 in a cafe. Beach towels were first brought when they asked, and then for some reason they gave it under painting

Not very good price-quality ratio. South Palms or Bohol Beach Club are better.

The bed was nice and the room was big.

The WC pipes were always making noise, the breakfast wasn't very good and the photos were a little deceiving comparing to the resort. Everything was closed except the pool and the restaurant. The beach was 3 meters of sand (like a sand box). I also tried cancelling one night on the day before, because I got stuck in Cebu due to bad weather. They said it wasn't possible...

Felt run-down, dive center was long closed, pool was no longer "infinite", several services had restrictions that no one cared to inform us beforehand.

The pool area was nice, staff very helpful and the food amazing! This resort is pretty much the best for anyone who needs quite or romantic time.

The room needs some painting/re-decorating done. They advertise SPA facilities, but actually you have to call the therapist yourself and find out if she can come to do treatments (which didn’t happen for me). The location is not the best, to far from the city.

The philippines are the paradise, this was my best trip in my life :)

The location near the beach, hotel had a private beach. The water there was cristalclear and what a wonderful white sand. Almost nobody didn,t swim there, it was our private beach. Hotel garden was beatiful, with a lot of plants, big green area and a lot of places where to relax.

The location of hotel wasn´t so good, it was far from the cities and from bigger road. We walked quite lot before we reached the bigger road, from where we cathced a transport. There wasn,t many times hot water in bathroom, the ants were in our room. An we paid for all activites, for example a boat trip and laundry service in cash and later when we did check out, the said to us that we didn´t pay yet. But fortuntely we explained the situation and they solved the probleem without extra money.
